Criminal Appeals
We prepare and argue appeals from convictions, acquittals or sentencing orders in Sessions Courts and High Courts, identifying legal errors, misappreciation of evidence or constitutional infirmities. Our appellate practice re-examines trial records, assesses credibility issues and frames grounds that persuasively challenge appellate courts to grant relief such as acquittal or sentence reduction. We also pursue suspension of sentence and bail during the pendency of appeals where appropriate. Thorough appellate briefs and oral advocacy are central to securing favorable outcomes.
