Information Commission — RTI Second Appeals & Complaints
We represent applicants before State and Central Information Commissions in second appeals and complaints arising from refusal or inadequate responses to RTI applications. Our work includes legal analysis of exemptions, drafting persuasive second appeals and arguing for full disclosure or corrective directions. We also use RTI strategically in litigation to build documentary records and support public-interest cases. RTI advocacy strengthens transparency and administrative accountability.
