Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) Matters
We represent defence personnel in service disputes before the AFT, including matters of dismissal, compulsory retirement, pension claims, court-martial appeals and disciplinary proceedings. Our work involves assembling service records, drafting Original Applications, presenting operational and procedural arguments sensitive to military conventions, and pursuing remedies and pension rehabilitation. We coordinate with service records custodians and understand the specific timelines and formalities of military litigation. The practice balances respect for institutional discipline with vigorous advocacy for individual service members rights.
