Backward Classes Commission, NCBC & TNCBC Matters
We represent individuals, employees, students, communities and institutions before the Backward Classes Commission, the National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC), and the Tamil Nadu Backward Classes Commission (TNCBC) in matters involving community certificate verification, wrongful cancellation, denial of caste status, reservation eligibility disputes and inclusion or exclusion from OBC/MBC/DNC lists. Our services include preparing detailed petitions, compiling genealogical and documentary evidence, responding to showcause notices, attending personal hearings, coordinating with revenue officials during field enquiries, and securing corrective recommendations.
