Human Rights Commission Matters (State & National)
We prepare and pursue complaints before State and National Human Rights Commissions, compiling affidavits, medico-legal reports and evidence to secure inquiries and remedial recommendations. The firm follows up on commission findings, assists in enforcement of recommendations and pursues consequent civil/criminal measures where warranted. We also support NGOs and civil-society groups in strategic complaints and fact-finding. The aim is both individual relief and systemic reform.
