We take up cases of unlawful detention, custodial torture, police excess, rights violations and state negligence before courts and human-rights bodies, documenting abuse and seeking compensation and disciplinary action. Our practice includes filing complaints before Human Rights Commissions, pursuing parallel criminal or civil remedies and coordinating medicolegal and investigatory support. We advise vulnerable clients on protective measures and work to secure systemic accountability. Upholding civil liberties and institutional redress is central to our work.
