PORTFOLIO OF PRACTISE
Review Petitions
We file review petitions in High Courts and the Supreme Court where an apparent error on the face of the record, oversight of material facts or manifest legal mistake justifies reconsideration of judgment. Review petitions are limited remedies and require precise identification of reviewable grounds; we frame these grounds carefully with supporting evidence and precedent. When review is not maintainable, we advise on alternatives such as curative petitions or appeals. The focus is on correction of clear judicial errors rather than rehearing issues afresh.
